Colby Konz is a Denver-based UX/UI Designer with a unique background in project management, financial analysis, and user-centered design.

Colby brings a unique blend of UX/UI design expertise, finance, and project management to the table. With experience as a project controller for an engineering firm, Colby managed projects with budgets as high as $30 million while tracking project costs and hours, forecasting expenses and revenue, and transforming complex data into actionable reports for senior management to make strategic decisions.

However, a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and innovation led Colby to pursue a UX/UI Design certification, embracing the chance to dive deeper into critical thinking and user-centered design. Currently, he’s collaborating with Set Collector, a dynamic startup in the trading card industry, to design and test fresh features for buying, selling, and trading.

With a UX/UI Certification from Springboard and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Denver, Colby combines a strong analytical foundation with a creative mindset. When not immersed in design work, you’ll find Colby skiing the Rockies’ finest powder, enjoying a sunny day on the golf course, or getting lost in epic novels.
